A simple song using just the C Chord. Use your 3rd finger on the 3rd fret of your A string (the one closest to the floor). Can you play along with me?

The G7 SONG
G7 uses 3 fingers – can you get your fingers around it? Remember the ‘slap’ in the middle and then sliding your 3rd finger out to the C chord at the end. Can you play G7 all the way to heaven ?

A language still quite natural to children yet requiring inspiration and gentle encouragement to grow.I love helping children develop their love and understanding of Music in the manner of learning that suits them bested encourages their own creativity and songwriting. Theres time enough for theory as we go along but let’s keep the magic alive.
A fully trained James Hill teacher, I am currently teaching children from the Rock school graded Ukulele method (AMEB) so kids get a real understanding of Music as well as playing and singing the songs they love. My teaching work is fun and taught within the container of a caring relationship.
Developed over 7 years teaching Ukulele in Nz primary Schools, “Dragon Uke” is a simple way to share Ukulele joy with kids from 7 – 10 years old.
