These “live’ classes are only available to uke players with some knowledge of these 3 chords. If you are a complete beginner
and would like to join this class, I can offer a private zoom session for 50 mins so you can get your hands around the chord shapes in advance and be ready for the class. The cost of a private session – $65.

~ UKULELE MANTRA ~ Using your Ukulele as a Devotional Tool

The ancient mantras are so beautiful when put to simple melody with the plucking of the uke strings. Their repeating Forms, embed the Sanskrit on the tongue and the meaning deep within the soul.
The Pavamana Mantra & Gayatri Mantras’ both in A minor, will be presented with carefully written charts describing
the chord shapes & where the beats fall, with Mp3’s you can download to your phone to play along with at home.
The first week we will play with the chords Am, F and G only, learning how to count the Timing & Form of the Mantras
which makes it easy for others to join in & participate with you.
